“Full structural design of 2243 SF and 1208 SF two story residences in Cypress, CA. The design required the use of Metal Plate Connected wood truss portal frames for the garage headers and shear walls, and other creative designs due to the narrow and small 50’ x 142’ lot.

Full structural design of 2000 square foot residential remodel and new deck, Koda-Kimble residence, Sebastopol, CA. Remodel consists of removing most of the existing roof, raising the roof up 2’ to create a full vaulted ceiling, with exposed Glulam beams.

Full structural design of 4100 square foot building for Templeton Community Library in Templeton, California. The design includes six 43' span bolted Glulam bowstring trusses, that will be exposed, creating an integral part of the library architecture.

The model is 1/4" per foot to scale, matching the Architects Drawings, and was built by the architect, Robert Lewis McCormick. The model has been displayed often at fund raising events in and around Templeton, CA. The project is currently in Plan Check
